2. Description of service
Chicken AI is a free forensic media analysis platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users determine whether images and videos are AI-generated, manipulated, or authentic. The Service includes forensic analysis tools, an AI-powered chat assistant (Chicken Chat), a project library for saving analyses, PDF report export, and educational content about AI detection and digital forensics.
The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue through Google AdSense. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, which will always be optional and clearly marked.
3. User accounts
You may use certain features of Chicken AI without creating an account. To access features such as saving projects, syncing across devices, and downloading PDF reports, you must create a free account using Google Sign-In or email registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Chicken AI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Chicken AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to upload or analyse content that infringes on any intellectual property rights, upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems, use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service, impersonate any person or entity, engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service, or use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or damage it.
5. Media uploads and content
When you upload media to Chicken AI for analysis, you represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and analyse such content, the content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, and you are not uploading content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
Chicken AI processes your uploaded media in isolated memory and does not permanently store raw files on our servers. The forensic analysis results may be saved to your account. You retain all ownership rights to the media you upload.
By using the Service, you grant Chicken AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your uploaded media solely for the purpose of providing the forensic analysis service to you. This licence terminates immediately after processing is complete.
6. Accuracy and disclaimer
Chicken AI's forensic analysis is powered by advanced artificial intelligence and achieves approximately 94.7% accuracy across tested media types. However, no AI system is perfect. The analysis results provided by Chicken AI are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as definitive legal, journalistic, or professional evidence.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results. You acknowledge that false positives and false negatives are possible and that you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
The Chicken AI name, logo, ChickenMind™ Engine branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Chicken AI. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission. You may download and save PDF forensic reports generated for your own media for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Advertising
Chicken AI is a free service supported by advertising. By using the Service, you agree to the display of advertisements served through Google AdSense and other advertising partners. We do not allow advertisers to influence our analysis results or editorial content. Ads are clearly labelled as "Sponsored" throughout the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chicken AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, any unauthorised access to or use of our servers, any errors or inaccuracies in analysis results, or any other matter relating to the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
